Hormones, body changes, periods the list feels never ending when it comes to puberty. This can be totally overwhelming for lots of young people, leaving you feeling vulnerable. Throw in social factors, school, phones, friends adding in trying to continue our best netball performance too seems out of reach at times.

Dropout rates of girls in sport through puberty are high and twice that of boys. A supportive environment is key. Helping young players understand what their body is going through and empowering them as they develop.
