This season we are looking to do a more practical session for juniors (aged 14-16) to introduce umpiring and we have a date set for November 2022.

This course is aimed to give players an general introduction to officiating, the rules, give instructions as to how they can become netball umpires and how to start their journey. Somerset are keen to ensure that we can assist volunteers on their officiating pathway and provide practical support to assist them on their journey.

If players are interested in becoming umpires, please also communicate this to your club who can assist and potentially provide opportunities to umpire and practice.

Please complete the Expression of Interest form to book your place on this course!
