Sunday 30th April 2023 saw over 30 boys and girls across the county attend a netball festival at Strode College.

The players participated in various netball skills lead by coaches from Somerset clubs follow by match play.

Somerset Junior Lead Hollie Wright said “This is the second season we have run this event and I am so happy to see so many kids across Somerset participating in a sport they love. Our hope is that these players go on to join a local club and continue on their netball journey. A huge thank you to Jan Lawes and Johanna Templeman for leading the event in my absence and to all our volunteer coaches for working together to make this event such a success.”
